POSTAGE AND PACKING QUESTIONS
How quickly do you despatch goods?
In our terms and conditions it states we have up to 5 days to dispatch your order. As a small business day to day may vary on the amount of orders to process. We aim to provide a 5 star service and our email is open for any queries. On an average week we post out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
What method do you use for posting?
We currently dispatch via Royal Mail.  We use the 2nd class option as a cheaper option for our customers (2-3 working days). Each label printed has a bardcode which can tell us if an item has been delivered or stored at the sorting office awaiting collection. Due to COVID-19 Postal times are not guranteed. Although Rare, Parcels are classed as missing if they have not arrived by 2 to 3 working days plus 10 working days from the day of your “processed” email. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
If I need my order urgently can I upgrade to a faster service?
Yes, this is possible, but would suggest you email us first before placing your order to make sure you haven’t missed our cut-off time for sorting through orders.    Â
Do you ship your products outside of the UK?
Unfortunately at present we have put a halt to international orders due to delays caused by covid aswell as rising shipping costs. We aim to provide a 5 star service and at present the courier system is letting us down on the international order side. We are constantly assessing the situation and hope to be able to do so again in the future.
I havent received my order
In the rare case you have not received your order in the time frame mentioned in the second question above. Please contact us on the email listed below and we will aim to solve the problem as quickly as we can!
